Shipping policy

 

• Order processing: All orders will be processed after 3-4 business days (excluding holidays & weekends). Orders received after 5pm will be processed the next business day.
• Domestic and international shipping: Currently, we only ship within the continental United States. You may also visit our in-person location to purchase our products.
• Shipping costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. State taxes may apply. We also offer free shipping for orders above $150.
• Potential service interruptions: If there are any delays to your order, we will send an email notifying our customers of the delay and customers have 48-hours to submit a refund request to info@skcdermatology.com. Otherwise, products will be delivered once the delay is cleared.
• Order tracking details. After you purchase your product(s), you will receive an email link to track your order status through Shop. You may also opt to have this link sent to your phone number through SMS.
