Refund policy
Refunds & Exchanges
SKC Dermatology does not offer refunds or exchanges on any products, unless it arrives to you damaged and/or broken. In such case, please send a photo of the damaged items to info@skcdermatology.com within 24 hours upon receipt of your package and we will gladly replace these items for you. We ask you to send us the broken item in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt of the product.
Wrong Product(s)
If you believe you have received the wrong product, please send a photo of the product received within 24-hours of delivery to info@skcdermatology.com. We ask that you send the incorrect product back to us unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, within 14 days from receipt of the product. We will cover return shipping and send the correct product upon receipt of the incorrect item.
Lost Product(s)
If the tracking information for your package is confirmed delivered, and you are unable to locate the delivered package please:
- Check with neighbors and family members
- Look around the delivery location
- Check for notice of attempted delivery
- Contact the carrier directly who can assist further
Note: We will investigate all instances of missing product. Missing/lost items must be reported immediately to info@skcdermatology.com upon confirmation of delivery/notification of loss of package. SKC Dermatology reserves the right to limit or deny the reshipment or credit of an order/item in all instances.
